We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our team in this unique hybrid position offering a mix between a NDIS and an Aged Care caseload. You will be afforded the autonomy to choose your split of days based on your preference for NDIS clinical services and My Aged Care services. Open to full-time or a part-time applicants , based at our Penrith office! Supportive working culture where our team are valued! The Role: Manage a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes. Assess participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment. Assess participants functional capacity and needs in an aged care setting. Access clinical mentors and leaders to support your growth and knowledge. Provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology About You: Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration) Experience in aged care and/or NDIS services (highly regarded) Current Police clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check Current drivers’ licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided) Exceptional communication  time management skills, detail oriented Honesty, integrity, and a positive approach If you are looking to join a focused and driven team, as part of a family started company, have the drive to succeed and take pride in providing a high-quality person-centred service, we want to hear from you!
